ClaimBot AI is a smart AI-powered tool that securely scans your emails to check whether you have taken any flights that were delayed or cancelled and may be eligible for compensation. If a potential claim is identified, the tool compiles the relevant flight details and introduces your case to one of our specialist partner law firms, who can submit a compensation claim on your behalf to help recover any money you may be entitled to.

How much does this cost?

Using ClaimBot AI’s email scanning service is completely free. ClaimBot AI acts as an introducer and receives a referral fee from our partner law firms. If we identify a valid claim and you choose to proceed, our legal partners will handle your case on a no-win, no-fee basis. Typically, our partners deduct a success fee of around 30% of the compensation recovered, although this may vary depending on the case. Please see our Fees page for full details.

How does it work?

Once you grant permission, ClaimBot AI securely scans your inbox to identify flight bookings that may be eligible for compensation. We cross-reference your flight details with historical aviation data to check whether your flight was delayed or cancelled and may qualify under applicable passenger rights regulations. If a potential claim is identified, we compile the relevant booking information and introduce your case to one of our specialist legal partners. They will then review the claim and handle the process with the airline on your behalf. If compensation is successfully recovered, the law firm deducts their agreed success fee and transfers the remaining amount directly to you.

Can you help me make claims in the future?

Yes. If you choose to keep ClaimBot AI connected to your inbox, the system can automatically monitor your incoming travel confirmations. If a future flight appears to qualify for compensation, we will notify you and can introduce the claim to our legal partners so they can begin the claims process. You remain in control and can disconnect ClaimBot AI from your email account at any time.

Is my data private and secure?

Protecting your data is extremely important to us. ClaimBot AI is Google-verified and has passed Google’s Cloud Application Security Assessment (CASA). We use strong encryption and industry-standard security practices to protect your data. Our systems automatically analyse relevant booking information and do not access or store unrelated email content. Your data is only used to identify potential flight compensation claims and, if you choose to proceed, to pass the necessary information to our legal partners so they can handle your case. You remain in control of your account and can revoke access at any time.
