ClaimBot AI Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 6th March 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the services provided by ClaimBot AI ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

ClaimBot AI is operated by Plus Telecom Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company number 04052436) with registered office at St Stephens House, Arthur Road, Windsor, Berkshire, United Kingdom, SL4 1RU.

2. Services Provided and Introducer Status

ClaimBot AI operates solely as an independent technology platform, lead generator, and introducer. We provide software that scans user emails (with explicit consent) to identify flights that may potentially qualify for compensation under EU261/UK261 based on publicly available flight performance data. We are not a law firm or a regulated Claims Management Company (CMC). We do not process claims, offer legal advice, or contact airlines on your behalf. If our system identifies a potential claim, our service is strictly limited to introducing you to our panel of independent partner law firms, who will assess and process the claim on your behalf. ClaimBot AI does not provide regulated claims management services and does not assess the legal merits of any claim. ClaimBot AI does not make automated legal decisions regarding claims. All claim assessment, legal advice, and claim handling is performed solely by the independent law firms to whom users may be introduced. Partner law firms operate independently and make their own decisions regarding the claims they accept. Any indication by ClaimBot AI that a flight may qualify for compensation is based on automated analysis of publicly available data and does not constitute a legal determination of eligibility. ClaimBot AI may from time to time change or update its panel of partner law firms.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to use the service for lawful purposes only.
  • You must ensure all claim information you provide is accurate and truthful.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
  • You must not misuse the platform, including attempts to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our services.

4. Data Privacy

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. When using ClaimBot AI, we only access email data necessary to identify flight bookings and related information required to detect potential compensation claims. Data is processed automatically by our systems and retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. We process personal data based on user consent and our legitimate interest in providing the ClaimBot AI service. Further details are set out in our Privacy Policy. Users have rights under applicable data protection laws, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data. Full details are provided in our Privacy Policy. Where a user chooses to proceed with a claim introduction, relevant booking and contact information may be shared with the selected partner law firm for the purpose of assessing and pursuing the claim.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

ClaimBot AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will strictly adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We will only use your Gmail data to provide the flight delay identification service shown in our user interface. We will never use your data for targeted advertising, nor will we allow humans to read your emails unless legally required for security purposes or with your explicit, separate consent. ClaimBot AI does not transfer Gmail data to third parties except where necessary to provide the service requested by the user (for example introducing a claim to a partner law firm where the user has chosen to proceed). Gmail data is never used for advertising, marketing profiling, or sale to data brokers. Gmail data is not used to train machine learning models or artificial intelligence systems.

6. Email Access Consent

By connecting your email account to ClaimBot AI, you expressly authorise ClaimBot AI to access and process relevant email messages for the purpose of identifying potential flight delay compensation claims. Access is limited to automated processing required to provide the service described on the platform. Processing is performed automatically by software systems designed to identify flight booking information and related data. You may revoke this access at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Revoking access may limit or prevent the service from functioning.

7. Account Registration

To use certain features, you may be required to register and create an account. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. Users must be at least 18 years of age to register for an account and use the service. By registering, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

8. Fees, Commissions, and Law Firm Partners

Our email scanning and claim identification service is provided to you completely free of charge. ClaimBot AI does not charge you any upfront, service, or processing fees. Instead, we operate as a commercial introducer. We receive a referral fee (commission) directly from our partner law firms when we successfully introduce a potential claim to them. This commission does not affect the amount of compensation you may be entitled to receive from an airline. If you choose to instruct our partner law firm to handle your case, they will provide you with their own Terms of Business, which will outline their specific fees (typically a "no-win, no-fee" percentage deducted from your final airline payout). If your claim is unsuccessful, you will not be charged any fees by us or our partner law firms. You are under no obligation to use the law firm we introduce you to. Users are always free to submit compensation claims directly to airlines themselves without using ClaimBot AI or any partner law firm.

9. No Warranty

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for losses resulting from service disruptions or delays. ClaimBot AI does not guarantee that all potentially eligible flights will be identified by the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClaimBot AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or income, arising from the use of our services. Because ClaimBot AI acts solely as an introducer, we are not responsible for the services provided by partner law firms or for the outcome of any claim. Any legal agreement regarding the processing of your compensation claim is strictly between you and the instructed law firm.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the security or integrity of our services or where these terms are breached. You may also cancel your account at any time by notifying us in writing at support@claimbot.ai.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and trademarks on ClaimBot AI are the intellectual property of ClaimBot AI or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the site or service without express permission.

13. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the service after any updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Third-Party Services

Our service may interface with third-party providers such as airlines and Google. We are not responsible for the content or conduct of these third parties. Please review their respective terms and policies.

15. Security and Availability

We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security or constant availability. From time to time, access to our services may be restricted due to maintenance or other operational issues.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet failures, or third-party service disruptions.

17. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
